Heathrow Express (HEX) is on the move
HEX have replaced their hand held terminal ticketing solution to provide a brand new Mobile Ticket Issuing System (MTIS). Few components of the new system include:
HEX on-board staff have the ability to sell Business First upgrade tickets to passengers that have used Oyster ‘Turn Up and Go’ Standard Class and prefer to upgrade.
In addition, they can sell onward journey services such as taxis, lounge passes etc.
