New! Terms & Conditions (T’s & C’s) and Privacy Policy
We’ve updates our T’s & C’s and Privacy Policy Privacy Policy in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which became effective from the 25th of May 2018. We sent out a communication update in relation to GDPR on the 24th of May, please find the important points here again if you missed it.
What data do we collect?
Your name, job title, the company you work for, your work phone numbers, email and address.
Why do we collect your data?
We need your data to contact you about project updates, operational changes and notifications.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected when we have new work orders, and when you take part in our campaigns such as our annual event and satisfaction surveys. The data is stored in the tools we subscribe to such as Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management) and Marketo (Marketing Automation) both which are compliant with our Privacy Policy.
Who uses your data?
Your data is used by Commercial Telecoms employees at Heathrow and by its sub-contractors. WNS (the company that SITA uses for back office processing) is the only sub-contractor located outside of the EU in Mumbai, India. We do not pass your data outside of SITA Commercial Telecoms.
What can you do about the data?
You have the option to request us not to contact you. We will only contact you for notifications which are mandatory for all Heathrow’s operational purposes.
