This privacy notice tells you what to expect when Heathrow collects personal information about you via its websites. Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, (collectively referred to as "Heathrow") each take their obligations with regard to your personal information seriously and is committed to protecting this information. We will keep your personal information relating to services or products until you opt out of these services or products or unsubscribe, after which point it will be deleted.
Your information will be retained in a secure environment and access to it will be restricted according to the 'need to know' principle.
When you purchase certain products and services from Heathrow we may send you confirmation emails; these may also include marketing which may be of interest to you. We do our best to tailor this information so that it is useful to you, but if at any time you no longer wish to receive it, you can opt out by following the instructions that we will give you with each communication. Where you tell us that you no longer wish to receive marketing messages about other Heathrow products and services, we will keep this information about you until you tell us otherwise.
