Commercial Telecoms End of Job Customer Satisfaction Survey
In 2019 we are taking steps to simplify processes. The first step towards this initiative was to automate the process of how we send and record our End of Job Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
From February 2019 you have been able to submit your feedback on the service you receive when we deliver the products and services against your orders online. To launch our online survey and as an appreciation of your time to provide your feedback, we are running a monthly prize draw throughout 2019. One lucky winner will receive a £20 Amazon voucher. So please submit your survey as soon as you see an invitation in your mailbox, so our dedicated Service Managers can review and act upon your comments.
