New! We are pleased to launch our Products & Services Booklet
The Commercial Telecoms Team has worked collaboratively with our suppliers and colleagues to enhance the current product portfolio. This exercise was executed to ensure that Commercial Telecoms products and services are future-proofed for increased demand and improve the service for existing customers.
To enable the improved Broadband and Managed LAN services the decision was made to discontinue the more moderate services with the intention of promoting reliable and robust solutions. The target date to discontinue these services is 30th June 2020. Commercial Telecoms Account Managers will contact customers impacted by these changes to discuss a migration plan and to offer alternative solutions, which are tailored to best suit their business requirements.

From 1st July 2019, the Commercial Telecoms product portfolio price changes have been implemented. These increases are aligned with the communications which have been published previously. The new pricing guide and the updated product portfolio can be viewed and downloaded here. Commercial Telecoms Products & Services pages on the portal have been amended to align with the revised prices.

Please note:
- For customers on a bespoke contract with Commercial Telecoms, the current prices will apply for the duration of the initial term. After this initial time lapses the new prices will apply.
- The price change will not apply to products and services which are subject to ORC (Other Regulated Charges) pricing and for when 2019 prices have been communicated via a published General Notice.
