New Heathrow IT Service Desk

As part of the Heathrow transformation programme, there will be a change on current processes for incident reporting and order handling by the service desk. We’ve worked closely with the transition team to ensure you experience a seamless and improved service.
 
So here’s what’s changing from the 11th of July, 2018:
 
  • You will only be able to raise incidents by phone, when you will be provided with an instant incident number. The fault will then be dealt with by the relevant support teams.
  • All order requests (including physicals such as patching) will be need to be made via email on heathrow@sita.aero or our portal ; which will shorten the time taken to progress your orders
 
The Service Desk number remains the same. Please call 0208 976 5665 this number to raise incidents.
