Customer portal log in / registration

Recently we’ve had occasions where customers were unable to access the portal due to incorrect password or user name. We understand credentials can be forgotten, especially if you have not used them for a while. So, here's a reminder and few easy steps to follow.
 
If you are not able to log on to the portal, at the first instance please try resetting your password, if that does not work you can either email heathrow@sita.aero or call +44 (0) 208 745 6565. Please allow 24 to 48 hours, our sales support team will assist you
 
If your business email has changed, we will need to update our records on your profile so please follow the latter half of the above process.
 
Please note, the Service desk is not able to help you with portal access as they are there specifically for raising tickers on fault and their resolution.
