There is always a buzz amongst our Retail, Food & Beverage and Support Services customers. Passengers at Heathrow expect the best selection, value and experience before they make their journeys. This means that you must be on top of your game to keep your operations efficient with the right technology.

    Harry Potter

    Harry Potter has moved into a permanent location at Terminal 5. Commercial Telecoms have provided 20Mb broadband with IP Telephony solutions to Harry Potter, an existing customer with our services at their pop-up store.

    Louis Vuitton

    At Louis Vuitton’s pop-up store in Terminal 4, Commercial Telecoms have commissioned a wireless design, with install and configuration of Access Points for the store and remote stockroom. Additional services from Commercial Telecoms at the pop-up store are 10Mb Premium Broadband, 20Mb Standard Broadband, Analogue line and IP Telephony with advanced handsets.

    WHSmith

    Commercial Telecoms, in collaboration with OCS Group have successfully deployed a CCTV solution for WHSmith across all Heathrow Terminals, another example of working coherently in projects with 3rd party suppliers and partners.

    Commercial Telecoms also oversaw the design and deployment of connectivity solutions when WHSmith carried out refurbishment of their main store in Terminal 3 and for their new store in the Flight Connection Centre. Owing to the efficient planning, WHSmith were able to carry on trading while the refurbishment work was being carried out.

    World Duty Free (WDF)

    When WDF obtained a new stockroom in Terminal 3 they needed to have door access control systems in place to secure the room. To activate the controls, WDF needed to install data ports with connectivity. As an existing customer of Commercial Telecoms, WDF called upon us to deliver Managed and Virtual LAN Services with Broadband to this location.
     
    Commercial Telecoms are pleased to work with WDF on such Business-Critical projects while also working on the Terminal 3 redevelopment project and at their new store in the Flight Connection Centre.

    L'Orchidee

    L'Orchidee has replaced the pop-up store location occupied by Paddington Bear space in Terminal 3.Commercial Telecoms provided Wi-Fi On The Move solution (with MAC authentication), for L’orchidee’s staff to connect their iPads to the Heathrow Public Wi-Fi. The solution also allows them to use their iZettle chip & pin device to make transactions.

    Fullers Smith & Turner

    Pride at Terminal 2 is a new addition by the Fullers Smith & Turner Group. Commercial Telecoms provided IPTV services to this outlet to keep Pride’s customers entertained.

    DNATA

    Commercial Telecoms have deployed a number of solutions to help DNATA set up connectivity in their new offices at Terminal 2 an 4. Among these were IPTV, MLAN, IP Telephony wireless access points and patching services.
